Do you offer tastings before booking?

Yes! We provide personalized tasting sessions so you can experience our menus firsthand before making final selections. Tastings can be scheduled by appointment.

What areas do you serve?

Fresh Chef proudly caters in *Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and the NJ/NYC metro area*. For larger events, we can travel beyond these markets — just ask our team.

Can menus be customized to fit dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options. Our chefs will work closely with you to design a menu that meets every guest’s needs.

What is meant by “affordable luxury”?

It’s our promise to deliver chef-prepared, beautifully presented, multicultural cuisine that feels elevated and indulgent — while still being cost-conscious and accessible.

Do you provide staffing, rentals, or décor?

Yes, we offer full-service catering, which includes professional servers, bartenders, and event staff. We also coordinate rentals such as linens, china, and glassware. Décor services can be added upon request.

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking at least *6–12 months* in advance for weddings and large-scale events, and at least *2–3 months* for smaller gatherings. Dates fill quickly, so the earlier, the better.

What is required to secure my booking?

A signed catering agreement and a deposit are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event, with payment schedules customized to your needs.
